At New PK Trading Inc., your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Products that show signs of use or damage
• Any item returned after 30 days from the delivery date

Exchange Policy

Need a different color or model? We’re happy to offer free exchanges on eligible products. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

How to Return

1. Email us at service@newpktrading.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
3. Carefully pack and ship the item to the return address provided.
4. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
